Our Approach: Accelerated Learning

Accelerated learning is based on the belief that knowledge can be better embedded when a learner jumps right in to the subject, engaging their senses in activity based learning processes. There’s lots of evidence to support that people can learn better when presented with differing varieties of learning techniques and approaches. Accelerated learnings purpose is to involve the brain as a whole. The more vibrant and varied accelerated learning approaches are, the more learning can thrive whilst enabling learners to absorbing multiple learning levels. The outcome of using this approach focuses on learning more effectively, in less time, in less effort, more impactful, with higher retention rates and to top it off, encompassing a thoroughly more enjoyable learning experience. Here at Project M Training, we’re firm advocates and adopters of this approach to learning.

Our Toolkit: Facilitation style

In our Facilitation toolkit we have - icebreakers, energisers, one to one, pair, small and large group style work, liberating structures, quizzes, case studies, checklists, treasure hunts, reflective practices, humour, insight, analysis, constructive conversations and challenges…to name but a few! Death by power point, just isn’t in our vocabulary…
